Yoshi has taken an entrepreneurial approach to life. He has pursued each of his efforts with rare commitment and energy. He has been an actor, a published author, a U.S. Patent owner to an invention, an amateur boxer, an aspiring Olympian in the sport of Skeleton, a hairdresser to the rich and famous and was Anderson Cooper’s personal hair stylist for over 6 years in NYC, and of coarse a real estate investor and realtor.
A Utah native, former resident of New York City, London, England, & Tokyo, Japan, Yoshi lives life as an adventure while constantly taking massive action in his pursuance to higher success.
Applying his goals in real estate with the same determination he had pursued in his other activities, he started flipping houses and quickly built a portfolio of income properties, which he owns and operates in multiple States.
Today Yoshi, his wife, son, and two dogs now reside in Salt Lake City as this allows them to enjoy their love for hiking, snowboarding, golf, the great out doors, and to be able to do more of what they love.
Yoshi also sits on the board of the Salt Lake County Children Justice Center. The Salt Lake County Children Justice Center is where abused children can go for help on healing, medical attention, and getting the justice they deserve.
Yanilda Shiraki
Yanilda Shiraki has always had an eye for art & fashion trends since she was a young child. Born in New York City, Yanilda was one of the chosen few to be accepted into the prestigious “La Guardia High School Of Performing Arts” that was made famous by the movie and T.V. show “Fame.”
This year alone 9000 students applied for “La Guardia High School” in hopes of attending one of the most prestigious high schools in America, which also requires students to test and audition to determine if they will be accepted into the High School.
Some fun notable alumni are Jennifer Aniston, Academy Award winner Adrien Brody, Omar Epps, Laurence Fishburne, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Adrian Grenier, Wesley Snipes, Marlon Wayans, Liza Minnelli, Paul Stanley from KISS, NickiManaj, and many more.
After graduating from “La Guradia High School,”Yanilda proceeded to earn her Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from Hunter College in New York City.
Today Yanilda is passionate about real estate as she feels real estate is a very artistic trade and loves the process of remodeling an ugly home into a beautiful piece of art.
Outside of flipping homes, Yanilda also has a huge love for everything Home Décor and follows the latest trends and fashion on interior design as this skill allows her to find the highlights in every home and enhance them to increase marketability.
When Yanilda is not doing real estate, one of the many passions Yanilda and her husband pursue is promoting awareness on the prevention of sexual abuse on children. Yanilda illustrated the book, “My Body’s Just For Me” which Richard Paul Evans not only endorsed but he also played a part on getting the book published.
